New Painting Line

A company specializing in the coating of metal furniture approached us with a request to prepare Technical and Tender Documentation (TTD) for a new coating line. Over several months, meetings were held with responsible personnel regarding planned orders, bottlenecks in the existing operation, and current economic indicators. Subsequently, our company submitted an ROI analysis, prepared the TTD, and organized a complete tender process for the technology supplier. Grant opportunities and cost distribution over time were also consulted. After several negotiation rounds and coating tests conducted under laboratory conditions, the tender process was concluded. The submitted bids were meticulously processed in a comparative document.

Subsequently, the contract was signed.

Increase of Existing Technology Capacity

A manufacturing company with its own powder coating facility approached us to increase the capacity of its existing technology. We established cooperation and, based on an audit, began actively working on external outsourcing of orders, setting up the entire process, quality control, and a defect catalog. This step will temporarily strengthen the company’s capacity requirements. At the same time, we initiated a Technology Modernization study. Robotic coating tests were conducted at the supplier’s site, followed by preparation of the TTD. The preparation for the implementation phase of a new application node, including a pair of coating robots, is currently underway.
