We declare that all our internal procedures concerning the processing of your personal data are carried out within our company in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data and on Amendments to Certain Acts, as amended, and are also fully compliant with REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), otherwise known as GDPR.

What personal data do we collect and why?

Cookies

Our website mainly uses basic cookies that are necessary for the operation and functioning of the website. These ensure, for example, website security or navigation functionality. In addition, our website only uses cookies associated with the Google Analytics tool, which is described in the section below.

We declare that we do not use cookies for advertising or marketing purposes, either our own or those of third parties, and we do not collect any personal data about visitors to our website.

Google Analytics

Our website uses the Google Analytics tool. All data collected by Google Analytics is of a general nature, such as information about how visitors move around our website and how much time they spend in individual sections.

We declare that we do not collect any personal data about website visitors through Google Analytics. The IP anonymization function has been used to anonymize the data.

Database of business partners

We store data of all companies with which we have a contractual relationship for the provision of services, or of customers who have purchased goods or services from us. All data we store about you, such as company name, registered office address, company ID number, first and last name, telephone number, and email address of the contact person, are kept solely for the purposes of fulfilling contractual obligations, legitimate interests related to business activities, or for other reasons defined by legal regulations.

What are your rights?

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you, as a data subject, have the right to:

Information: about what data our company processes about you, to what extent, and for what purpose.

Rectification: if you notify us of incorrect data, it is also in our interest to correct it without delay.

Erasure: everyone has the right to have personal data erased if it was provided based on consent that has since expired, if there is no longer a legitimate reason for processing, or if it was processed in violation of the GDPR. Conversely, the controller is not authorized to delete data that is necessary for the performance of contractual obligations, required to fulfill a legal obligation, or needed for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

Restriction of processing: if you contest the accuracy of the data and request that processing be suspended until we ensure correction of such data, or if you object to the processing.

Right to object: if you believe that our legitimate interest does not outweigh your right to privacy.

Data portability: we will provide your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format, provided that all conditions for ensuring data portability under the General Data Protection Regulation have been met.

Legal Notice

If a consumer dispute arises between us and a consumer from a purchase contract or a contract for the provision of services, which cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer may submit a proposal for out-of-court resolution of such dispute to a designated body for alternative dispute resolution, which is:
